I happen to own a Pat Morita VHS in which he plays — and I’m not kidding — Paul Revere. It’s a kids’ educational thingy with Arte Johnson as… I forget. Probably Booker T. Washington.
You missed Silver Bears, plus a whole thesis could be written about all of the times he’s played a cheesy talk show host who tells bad monologue jokes in all of the movies Lettermen refused to cameo in.
